My pledge to myself this week is to
- really focus on tracking points (too many things on over the weekend and off to a little rocky start).
- Take my son out for a bike ride for at least 20mins each day(me walking beside him to keep up) good for him too because i want to take the training wheels off his bike soon.
- Go for a swim at least twice this week
- Spend less time sitting in front of the computer
Hopefully sticking to these i will see a difference on the scales this week for my first weigh in... wish me luck
