Unfortunately over the weekend, I don't understand it, but I happened to gain 3 kilos - and I somehow just can't get it off. So that's why I am going to make a pledge to lose a kilo a week, as I am already overweight. I am 75kg at the moment, and my goal is to reach 63kg by August 10 for a social function of mine.
Starting weight from today: 65kg.
Diary for tomorrow... and maybe weight... well, that's for tomorrow
