Ok, we're taking this one day at a time people!
Today my goal is to not eat any chocolate/sweet stuff. I'm really craving one of thise honey nougat rolls now, BUT I WILL NOT GIVE IN.
To reward myself, I will go to bed early so I can read a few chapters of my book.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
