Ok my biggest food challenge is whole wheat bread. I cannot resist it and I can't stop at 1 or 2 slices. I crave bread like you wouldn't believe. Especially toasted :shock:

I have been living on toast for the past month as it is my emotional comfort food. Starting now I am making a personal pledge to abstain from eating bread for a week.

I will resist.

GW1 - 70kgs
GW2 - 67kgs
GW3 - 60kgs

small steps jen and you will be fine :) think of something you can reward yourself with at the end of the week or month if you stick to your pledge that isnt food based.

I wish I could go a week straight out - these junk cravings have got me doing day by day :roll: Good luck with it!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

I love fresh white (um marrrr) bread with vegemite - yummmmmmmy. Good luck with your pledge :D

How's your pledge going A_Corner_Of_The_Earth? I've been off bread, pasta and rice for only a week now and I'm feeling less bloated already. It hasn't changed the scales though. I'm trying to drink 2Lts of water to make up for the cravings and 'empty' feeling of not having any carbs. It seems to work. Let us know how you're going :D
