my goal for the next month

my goal for the next month is to eat breakfast at 9am each and every morning. i will then have lunch at 12am, a snack at 3 then dinner at 6 and another snack at 9pm. i am tooo all over the place with my eating and i go tooooo long between meals, then as a result i pig out at the end of the day.

Good luck with your goal.

I try and eat at the same time every day but it all comes down to how busy it is at work and what time hubby gets home from work.

thanks :) Yeah i have uni and work and stuff, so i am sure that i wont be able to stick exactly to those times. I'm just trying to train myself to eat every 3 or so hours. for some reason I dont really get hungry till about 11am if i dont eat breaky. I know this cant be good for my metabolism, so im sort of forcing breaky down- but im sure i'll get used to it!

im sure you can stick to that routine :) i think a bit of shifting around eating times really does help in sticking to 3 main meals and not as many snacks :)
