Hi! I Have joined the 12 week challenge, so I need a weekly goal to work to. As this is all new to me, I want to keep it simple.
So this week's goals are: make healthier food choices
(I get tempted so easily)
watch my portion sizes
(my eyes are SOOO much bigger than my tum
(yes I love a beer. I want to learn to hate it!
and move, move, move.
(as a full time uni student, I sit a lot
If I can keep these goals this week, and each week, it has to be a start to new habits... and hopefully a new me, YAY!
