Hi peoples....
Well I blew my week... drinking beer! :oops:
Celebrating end of Uni semester
and getting thru a 3 hour exam! :lol:

This week.. I will stick to my goals!
Simple.... Right? Right? :Yup! the silence
is deafening. Ha Ha! :wink:

I CAN DO THIS!:twisted: One day at a time....

of course you can stick to it deb, sometimes things come up which makes it hard but theres always the next day to get back to it :) keep it up :)

Isn't it funny how we celebrate with something that does our body harm? I do this too - celebrate with alcohol, celebrate with chocolate, celebrate with a thai curry :P One day I am going to celebrate something with a 10km run or a 2 hour workout! :lol:
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
