17/6/07 ~ excerise

Today my aim is to ride the excerise bike for 30 minutes and do 50 crunches

WEEK 1 - 86.5 kg
WEEK 2 - 84.9kg

Well I didnt ride the bike, but I did do the hotpants dvd for 25 minutes and I did my 50 crunches. 5 minutes short of 30min but I can asure you I had a much better work out the the bike for 30min.

FOOD ~ Eat my salad and mountain bread for lunch

EXCERISE~ If its not raining walk to dog and do 50 crunches. If it is raining do some type of excerise inside for 30 min

WATER~ Drink at least 2 liters and have a drink when I want a smoke.

Food~ I ate my salad with out the mountain bread because I also had chicken and vegie stir fry with the kids. :?

Excerise~ It rained. I did 20 min areobics, 50 crunches plus was packing up and running around after kids all day as I had to work alone :D

Water~ I drank 2 liters :D

stir fry isnt bad mel - well done :)

good on you for drinking the water- i find its easier to get the water drunk when i was working in child care.

Today I will not eat any of the childrens lunch which is left over and I will only have 1 smoke if I really need it
