Joanna's Stair Pledge

Postby grugwashere » Mon Jun 18, 2007 2:36 pm

I work on Level 5 of my building, so i have decided to walk up and down the stairs instead of taking the lift. I know its not really excercise... but its better than what i am going at the moment.. i have also started walking to the post office instead of catching the tram.. in total i dont think it even makes 15 minutes... but still like i said.. more than nothing. so wish me luck and keep me on the staright and narrow! I HAVE TO WALK UP THE STAIRS!!!!

What a great pledge, best of luck with it! Maybe if you dont feel like too much of a dill you could jog up those stairs, get the heart pumping!! :D

What a great pledge. Incidental exercise is fantastic. Climbing up those stairs will certainly get the heart pumping and give you killer shapely legs :D .

I don't think I could ever do this as my office is on the 21st floor (I would be passed out dead by 8th floor) plus wearing hills and carrying a handbag, brief case and laptop, would cause me to work up a sweat…ewww
