Okay, okay, okay...I've decided that I need to come up with a pledge of my own..so this is what I'm going to do on a daily basis..

1 hour on the Treadmill either walking or jogging

15 x Nutbush (thanx for that idea Kate :D )

15 x Macarena

15 x Ketchup Song

40 mins Swiss Ball (Exercise Ball)

okay, there you have it...and if I don't stick to it, then I will let you all know and you can smack me on the bum :P

Well, I've just completed my 1 hour Walk on the Treadmill :shock:

Now, to dance around a bit :oops: :lol:

Well, :? I'm going to have to change my pledge :shock: LOL...there just isn't enough hours in the day for me to do all this..(yes Kate, you can laugh now Sweetie :lol: :P )...cook dinner + look after my Kidlet's :(

So this is what I'm going to do now...

1 hour Walking or Jogging on the Treadmill

40 mins Swiss Ball (Exercise Ball)

10 mins Nutbush

10 mins Macarena

10 mins Ketchup Song

I think that's a more realistic pledge LMAO...I think I'd be able to achieve this.... :D
