Gym Tomorrow!

Postby Mandie » Thu Jun 28, 2007 6:47 pm

And since today's pledge worked out so well, I'm making one for tomorrow.

Tonight, I'm staying at Joel's house. My plan is to drive him to work in the morning, steal his car (hehe!) and drive straight to the gym. I drop him at 8am, my gym is the other side of town but I should make it by 9am (in peak hour, I've done it before).

So I pledge to go to the 9am Awesome Abs class, and then do another 20 minute stint on the X trainer, level 9.

I have a big weekend planned (including a wine and food night on Saturday night - yum! - calories!) so I gotta do this tomorrow.

I'll post tomorrow afterwards and let you know how I went!

nice pledge mandie. and i think you set a great lesson there -

you can enjoy the good things in life like wine and good food :) but you just need to work a bit harder that week in the exercise department so it all balances out.

is the wine thing a celebration or just a social shindig?

It is a celebration... of the fact that my best friend won a wine basket in a raffle... and a bunch of us volunteered to help her drink it! :)
