looking at having this for dinner tomorrow night
Chicken Parmigiana
Crispy chicken breast schnitzel topped with an Italian style tomato sauce, sprinkled with shaved parmesan. Served with mashed potato or Hog Tail fries and fresh vegetables.

how many cals do you reckon that would be?

If it's Hog's Breath Cafe, everything on their menu is sky-high in calories. Sorry Kate :( Apparently they have a new "Lite" menu, maybe check that out?

Hey Kate, how was your dinner??? Hope you enjoyed it!!!

I actually thought that CK might have an analysis seen as hogs breath is pretty common.....as SAndra said check out the lite menu and ask them if they have a breakdown of it maybe....

well i decided on the steak sanga. i checked out the menu online firstly and felt better going in there knowing what i was going to have so i didnt um and arh. they had choc caramel ice cream as their dessert of the day and i was sooo tempted but didnt give in. i had iced water with my meal and did pretty well. it was my dinner and lunch together so i think it worked out ok calorie wise. i am going to work hard tomorrow with eating and exercise too so i can pick up where i left off :)
