*sigh* Mixed success I'm afraid....
I went pretty well in the evening. I didn't actually sit on the floor... it's just so cold and so dirty
I think that just the threat of having to sit there was enough to keep my hands out of the food after dinner! I did however sit on the couch and think about whether I needed anymore food. I had an awful craving for almonds. So, I decided not to eat them straight away. I wrote up my food diary and added up my kJ's for the day and found I had a few spare.... then I decided to eat the almonds lol.
However, it all fell apart when I woke up an hour after going to sleep (standard for me!!), walked right into the kitchen and ate two mountain bread wraps with a tin of tuna in each of them, without a second thought!
So, not feeling the best today. I am sure that if I could spend one night without eating that I would feel so much better in the morning!
I am going to extend this pledge tonight and over the weekend.
And, I am also going to add this...
OLD HABIT: Wake up, go to kitchen, eat whatever I feel like, sometimes put the TV on, go to the toilet, go back to bed.
NEW HABIT: Wake up, go to the toilet, sip some water, back to bed, and don't even think about walking into the kitchen (unless I was silly and left my water glass in there!)
