the days until christmas pledge

Postby dragonfly » Wed Dec 21, 2005 10:12 pm

so ok, yes there will be chocolate and temptaions, no denying that, BUT I also pledge to do more exercise to cover up if I make any slip ups they will balance out.

Thursday.... 45 minutes treadmill

Friday.... walk AT LEAST 1 hour AND do 30 minutes treadmill

Saturday.... walk 30 minutes and 45 minutes on treadmill.

I know this might sound alot, and yes it is for me, but I need to keep focussed to get thru Xmas.

I'm goign to update each day when i reached my goals.

Christmas will be a big test for me too. I usually go in with all these intentions to not overeat and ALWAYS come out stuffed. Luckily/unfortunately we can't go to the bloke's big family christmas lunch as they ran out of room, so I won't have the big buffet thing to tempt me, and I know my parents don't do that much. I just have to watch all the nibbles! :?

Like you I am intending to keep the exercise up, and my parents have suggested we all go for a walk on Mt Roland (which I'm not too concerned about from the walk point of view, more from the doing it with family point of view -they drive me nuts sometimes).

So hopefully we'll gert through it!!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
