TODAY i promise myself I willllll.. :lol:

1. Go to the gym at 6 & do the BodyBalance class.
2. Go for a run.
3. Write up an eating plan for this week - One in which I will abide by!
4. Love thyself!

peace out homies.. and good luck to us all. we all have it in us to lose weight & love ourselves wholeheartedly! We just have to make it happen.

I just registered then, I don't really know how to use this thing, but hopefully it helps me stay on track! :D

oh oh...

and. I will avoid

1. Excess carbs.
2. snacking!
3. lollies, chocolate, soft drinks - obviously.

and. I will EAT

Breakfast: One slice of toast + fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, salad, + lots and lots of fruit!
Dinner: Steamed vegies...... MORE FRUIT :P

& record my weigh ins in my diary! pppppppppeacccccccce

Good luck - you can do this.

And remember - you will stuff up occassionally and you can overcome that. Don't expect yourself to suddenly be able to eat right and work out every day - DO forgive yourself, and KEEP GOING!!!!
