Ok. I'm gonna get back into it tomorrow. I've been a bit slack lately. So my pledges are:
Stop saying/thinking this is a diet. Its not. Its a life long change to a healthier lifestyle! If I change my eating habits, eventually, I won't have to think so much about it.
Only eat foods that have nutritional value.
Drink more water.
Eat more slowly.
Exercise every day.
Weigh in Monday mornings. Thats it.
Plan my day's food and stick to it.
Oh. And get plenty of sleep!!!!!
The first day back is always the hardest!!!!!
