That I will continue to Exercise on Fri/27th/July:

MORNING
That I will get up at 5:15am, be out the door by 5:30am and ride my bike at a good pace for 1 hour :roll:

MID MAY
1:30:00 Light but high rep Weight Sesion :oops:

AFTERNOON
6Km Walk...or one Hour of Walking :wink:

That I will not pick up a beer or eat crap on that day
That the following morning I WILL be able to knock off another Kilo on my ticker............Oh well, guess we shall see on Sat Morning :roll:

Was to dark for bike...was up at 5am and out the door by 5:22am...Walked briskly for one hour...

Yes,
It seem to becomming a habbit this early morning thing :shock: I am making sure I get plenty of sleep though...well trying too.

I did manage to get my weight routine done...not as long though & went for a 45min (intense) Bike ride HRavg 151

I just wanted to see how making a daily pledge would work...& it has :wink:

Well done dave. Making a pledge deffinately help's to get you motivated because you make a pack that you are going to do it. Keep up the good work!!!! Deffinately hope to see that kilo drop by the weekend.
