I WILL go for a run tonight
I WILL eat 5 servings on fruits and vegetables!
I WONT be tempted when my boyfriends mum tries to fatten me up with cakes and chocolates!

Eat my apple at 4:30pm
Dont be tempted by the lollies at reception!
Drink my bottle of water

At subway i shall order:
Sweet Onion Chicken Teryaki on Wheat bread
NO CHEESE
lettuce
carrot
Onion
And a little bit of sweet onion sauce

If Im thirsty at Subway get a diet coke.

My Weekly Pledges

This week I WILL:

Do at LEAST 40 minutes of exercise per day.

This week I WILL:

NOT binge after work

This week I WILL:

Get to the gym FOUR times

This week I WILL:

Take my calcium supplement every day, and brush my teeth two-three times.

This week I WILL:

Keep my room tidy and organised, so I take less times in the morning to get ready = more time for exercise!

This week I WILL:

Stay positive and be happy :D

This weight loss was never going to come easy, but slowly I am doing it! I am about to have my fourth weigh in tomorrow, and I could be down to 59.0kg, which would mean I have lost a total of 3kg! Which means I have 5kg to go!

Today I WILL go to the gym, do 60 minutes of cardio and go for a walk!

I did only do 50 minutes at the gym though... eep!
