I have my brother-in-laws wedding on the 18th August - so for these 2 weeks leading up to it I will:
not eat chocolate, biscuits or anything sweet
limit my carbs
will go to Curves at least 4 times a week
will walk at lunch times around the lake
will drink at least 2/3 litres of water a day
Am just hoping to get rid of that bloating feeling before then (and maybe drop a couple of kilos in the process!
