I have my brother-in-laws wedding on the 18th August - so for these 2 weeks leading up to it I will:

:arrow: not eat chocolate, biscuits or anything sweet
:arrow: limit my carbs
:arrow: will go to Curves at least 4 times a week
:arrow: will walk at lunch times around the lake
:arrow: will drink at least 2/3 litres of water a day

Am just hoping to get rid of that bloating feeling before then (and maybe drop a couple of kilos in the process!
2008 - my year to be great!!

Umm so it isn't going according to plan - well the eating is but the exercising isn't!!! Have to get my hubbie to BOOT me out of bed - but it is sooooo warm in there!! Oh well there is still 3 days to go this week and Saturday so fingers crossed!!!!
