So my first ever pledge, i dont like making them because it seems to throw me off more!! But anyway, here goes! This weekend i pledge:

:arrow: No alcohol at all! I will drive to the football on sunday so im not tempted!

:arrow: I WILL stay within my allocated ww points on both days (22-23 on weekends)

:arrow: I will allow myself a treat thats within my points ie chocolate!!

Its only 2 days right, how hard can it be?? :)
Highest Weight - 93kgs
Current Weight - 68.3kgs
Goal Weight - 65kgs

So the booze pledge was fine, the treat one was easy, BUT i went over my ww points yesturday (by about 20!! Eek) Had chicken treat on the way home because i was tired and depressed about the football!! LOL i'll try and get some extra exercise in!

:lol: i blame the bombers for any of my weight gain! last weekend they forced me to share curry puffs, spring rolls, chicken satay skewers and a pizza, washed down with a couple of glasses of red :oops:

thank goodness i was at home watching it yesterday. no telling what might have happened :shock:

seriously though, how did you find the pledge shel? did it put you off at all like you thought it might?

Yes i often blame them for my drinking!! :D
Actually not really because i knew i'd have to admit any naughties, if i hadnt have been starving and depressed, id have been a shoo in! :D Might try it again for this coming weekend.... maybe!

Its pretty much the same as red rooster ,it sells chicken and chips basically- does the BEST chips around :lol:

Their chips are great arent they!! But way more ww points then maccas chips! :oops:

*drool* no fair!! we dont have one of those here :( i know in qld on my many trips with my ex we ate a lot of Brodies. god their cheeseburgers are yum

Kate, you asked the very question I was going to ask :D .

I've never eaten Brodie’s hahaha I didn't even know they had any in Queensland or what it is I assuming it’s like Red Rooster? Shows how much attention I pay :wink: Maybe its a good thing.

LOL they dont have brodies here in nsw - it sucks! we have henny penny in newcastle but mick wont eat it nor will he eat red rooster. brodies does chickens and chips but also do the yummiest cheeseburgers!
