Taking advice and going with baby steps..

Im trying to loose the weight i need to soley on eating better and exercising more..

This week i pledge to drink water rather then the zillion cups of tea i usually drink..

I think if i can start by drinking more water it will help a little to make me feel less slugish, and its a small step to take but if i can do thsi one little thing i know i can do more things!(at this point i barely have a glass a day plain if i do it is usually with cordial)

Good luck for your pledge, i found it really hard at first to get the 2lts in! But now i wont drink any thing else until ive had at least 1 lt, and then with the 2nd i sometime add some diet cordial. It does get easier, you just have to stick with it!! :D

hi kristal you will find once you are drinking 2litres of water on its own a day you will feel better. it flushes out the toxins in your system and i know i always feel refreshed and ready to tackle issues if i am hydrated. best wishes!
