Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs

WELL!!!! I easly consumed 1.5L of water :)

I am over the moon. I have never been much of a water drinker and I think that was what was causing my headaches.

I am soo happy :) i will do this every day and eventually increase to 2L.

Well done rach! The water drinking does get easier and eventually you'll find your thirsty during the day, seems unlikely now huh?! :)
