Cool, yet another reason to get to bed early
Got some more pledges for TONIGHT (25 Sept), which are....
1. I will go to the Body Balance class at the gym tonight at 7:30pm
2. I will eat only the planned food as written in my food diary and not sneak in any "extras".
3. I won't eat anything if I should wake up during the night tonight (even if I am starving hungry, I will wait until morning... morning being defined as the time I get up for good, not the early hours of the morning hahah!!)
4. I will go to bed by 9:30pm
