What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?

This might not seem like a weight loss pledge... but really it is. Hang on a minute.

I pledge to go to bed BEFORE 9:30pm TONIGHT

Reason being, if I don't get a good night's sleep (and soon!) I will become over-tired and when this happens I am less able to control what I eat and I can't put in as much effort into my workouts.

So, wherever I am at tonight, I will drop everything at that time and just go to sleep :)

that's a good idea, actually. I didn't go to my 8am class today because I went to bed at 12 something. ><

Ok made it by 9:45pm which is an improvement anyway. Will be trying my hardest to do same again tonight :)

Im a shocker! I regularly go to bed between 12 and 1 and my alarm goes off at 6!

No wonder I get the sugar cravings late in the afternoon!

Apparently not sleeping enough can totally mess up your weight loss!
And you burn more caliroes sleeping then you do sitting in front of the TV :D
I love having an excuse to spend more time in bed hahaha

Cool, yet another reason to get to bed early :D

Got some more pledges for TONIGHT (25 Sept), which are....
1. I will go to the Body Balance class at the gym tonight at 7:30pm
2. I will eat only the planned food as written in my food diary and not sneak in any "extras".
3. I won't eat anything if I should wake up during the night tonight (even if I am starving hungry, I will wait until morning... morning being defined as the time I get up for good, not the early hours of the morning hahah!!)
4. I will go to bed by 9:30pm
