Well I did what I promised!
Last night between 9.45 and 10.45 I spent 40 minutes on my treadmill (walking for 15 minutes and jogging for 25 minutes) and 20 minutes on my exercise bike while watching the baseball (NY Yankees v NY Mets).
This morning I got up and did 45 minutes of weight training and a little stretching.
I have an engagement tonight but plan on doing another 40 minutes on the treadmill afterwards. I also pledge to eat a healthy lunch today, probably a salad sandwich or something similar.
How did you go this morning Hayley? Did you get up at 5.30 and jump on the treadmill?
