Good on yer Scott, I have built up to 7.5 kilometres on the bike now
I increase by 0.5 a day not sure how far I will get up to but it must be doing me some good, I am dripping when I get off :wink:

Great, thanks for the advice. My husband and I took our toddler for a walk yesterday, into town, around the markets and shops, then back again. We were gone for almost two hours and I was stuffed by the time we got home. I guess it was a pretty good work out, especially considering all the hills we went up and down.

My parents are coming to visit for a week and then my husband's are staying for the following week. I'll try to be good and keep up the exercise while they're here (it's hard though, we always end up consuming quite a bit of alcohol and eating all the nibblies that go along with that). Good luck to me! :?
