Will give soda water a go

Postby Jenni » Wed Jan 18, 2006 4:43 pm

Ive tried soda water before and i really hate the taste, but thats a good idea to add some juice into it. Maybe this would stop me wanting the pepsi all the time.

Ive only have one a night all this week! YEY!

Thank you for all your thoughts

Good going Jenni
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

There was an email circulating at one stage- and hopefully youll think twice about drinking so much....
If you left a big T-bone steak in a bowl of coke for a few days it would completely dissolve...
Coke is also good for cleaning stubborn stains... great for cleaning the toilet and jewellery too!
And for all the additives and preservatives that are in foods these days, when we die our bodies do not breakdown as they would have 20 years ago... the preservatives that we have consumed through our foods actually preserve our organs too....
Think twice before drinking so much... diet or not :)

Hello everyone, last night i had 2 cans of pepsi. I have the day off tomorrow, first day since the diet started so that will be the real test! I plan on getting out and going to have my nails done, so that should prevent me from storming the pepsi stash!

Good going Jenni,
as an added incentive, have you thought about saving the money you would normally spend on soft drink and treating yourself to something special - clothes, CD, massage etc (whatever takes your fancy). A reward for all your effort.
