I need to change my life in a lot of ways but doing too many at once has only led to quitting so I want to work on one change at a time and when I acheive that and do it without thinking, move onto the next.
Week 1- fluids:
- Drink 2 litres of water a day
- Cut back on tea and coffee and replace with herbal tea.
