What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?

I need to change my life in a lot of ways but doing too many at once has only led to quitting so I want to work on one change at a time and when I acheive that and do it without thinking, move onto the next.

Week 1- fluids:
- Drink 2 litres of water a day
- Cut back on tea and coffee and replace with herbal tea.

** Don't forget to take my tablets!
** Post update every day!

Ultimate Goal 65kg by 18/09/08
This months goal- to weight less than last month LOL!! :)

good pledges kim, they are simple but effective and you arent taking on more than you can handle :) keep us updated
