Today I am going to exercise for 45 mins.
I've had a horrible week, I haven't exercised at all and I've been bingeing like nothing else, completely out of control senseless mindless cravings and eating and craziness. Yesterday was my weight in day and it was obviously going to be a gain, and I haven't changed my ticker because it's upsetting. I can't begin to deal with the eating at the moment, because if I'm not eating well or exercising, it's too hard for me to remedy both at once. So today, I will exercise. Tomorrow, I'll start fixing the eating.
