There's a few people on here who make homemade chips out of mountain bread (spray oil on the bread, sprinkle with your choice of flavour and bake in oven until crispy - I'm pretty sure it would work if you sprayed on water rather than oil). Maybe you could try something like that. or have some cut up fruit and veg to snack on.
