The pledge is going well gone to the gym 4 times this week but have exercised everyday at home also. Going well with eating, a new fruit shop just opened up this week so I brought some beautiful fresh fruit the kids have downed it aswell & cheap too, I bought pink lady apples 99c Kg, 10 kwifruit for $2, Bananas for 1.49Kg, 2 punnet of strawberry for $1.99 I dont know if it's opening specials but I like the price.
The only thing i'm worried about is this weekend I'm going down to sydney this weekend going to a hen's night right in the city too, I havent been out in years because of the kids I want to enjoy myself but on the otherhand dont want it to affect my weight by I will try & make healthy choices & see how I go.

yeah it was a lot easier to look after the kids there coz brays inst in a pram anymore, not so over crouded they had a petting zoo there so the kids liked the animals & they played in that old maccas playground the only thing that got on my nerves was parents letting out children when there not even there parents, so I had to watch my kids like a hawk, coz braydon keept walking out & strawling around.

oh i hate that! thats why i wont take heidi to those indoor play centres, parents are supposed to supervise their children and some parents just let their kids run feral. plus the fact that they always seem dirty and unhygienic!

I tend to aim for 1500 - 1600 Cal a day give or take. But somthing has come up as of last week that unfortunately I wont be able to continue my pledge. I will stick to most of it, but some thing's I wont be able to do like lose weight & count calories atm until further down the track.
