My Weekly Pledge

I think I will do a weekly pledge instead of a daily pledge...

I promise myself that I will exercise for a minimum of 30 mins a day (hopefully an hour a day). This will consist of my Walking Away the Pounds dvd, riding my exercise bike, walking on my walking circuit and/or doing an upper body dumbell workout.

I'll let you know next Sunday how things went during the week.

Just an update on my pledge...

Things went as well as what I hoped they would. Every day I exercised for at least 30 mins. I feel a lot better in myself and am starting to see some minor changes already.

I did about 240 minutes of planned exercise over the week and I think that is quite an achievement for a non exerciser like myself.

I am going to keep this up for sure!
