Treats

Postby Angel » Sun Jan 29, 2006 10:00 pm

Treat - 'occasional' food like chocolate, icecream, chips etc.

If you are going to have a treat, have at in the first part of the day so you have the rest of the day to burn it off.

If you are going to have a treat, work out how much exercise you need to do to burn it off and only have that treat if you are willing to do the exercise.

Great tip about working out how much exercise you'd have to do to work off the treat.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Great idea Angel. This teaches us that in order to have a treat there is a debt to pay as in exersise but its a great idea as you can plan extra activity to alow for it and lets face it we all need treats to keep us sane. :D
