Tried and Tested Yummy low fat snacks/sweets

Postby ZeeBee » Fri Sep 18, 2009 9:25 pm

Hi All

I didn't go through the pages but I thought it might be good to have a thread where you can post yummy lesser guilt treats?

For me I would have to kick off with weight watchers choc puddings. I love them!

I agree, the skinny cow sundae cups are delicious! I recently tried the chocolate ones with the berry swirl in them. It was hard not to eat more than one they were that good, I just had to keep saying to myself "everything in moderation". The weight watchers range of ice cream cups are also pretty good.

I'd second this! Really great stuff that you would think it has to be sinful!

My own has been a fruity salad. Lettuce, grapes, pomelo and nuts. With a slathering of flavoured yogurt!!!

I really don't mind the Nestle Diet desserts range, the creme caramel is yum! I might try to mousse tonight. A lot of people hate them and find them bland and gross, but I really like them. I don't like rich desserts anyway.

Other snacks I love to substitute in are jelly (low cal, yay!), and two-fruits tubs are usually like 58cal a tub, so they are a great sweet option too.

And of course yogurt. ForMe and Nestle Diet varieties. Great flavours and about 80cal each at most.
