I have found a few things lately that have helped me get back on track. Also I have read about them in few different books and sites and have come to the conclusion that it helps to cleanse and detoxify the system to increase fat loss as the fat cells are storing toxins. When we shrink the fat cells we release those toxins.
Here is what I use
A good multivitamin and mineral supplement
Aloe vera gel (anti-inflammatory properties and good to heal cells)
Lemon juice in hot water
either a supplement that contains 6+ equivalent vegies, increases the alkalininty and therefore helps the body detoxify itself. Also helps combat free radicals in the system.
eg, barley and wheat grass/ chlorella/ spirulina
and /Or just plain and simple vegies, increase amount to 3-4 cups a day as many colours as possible. Soups are good too.
Snacks- nuts and 1 piece of fruit (berries are great)
Or hummus with celery and carrot sticks and peppers (green and red)
Meals healthy lean proteins and vegies. Some low GI carbohydrates like wholegrain bread or wholegrain rice.
I have been doing this for a little while now and I feel great!
You can even do this with TF or CS or others just add the greens..
