this is probably a bit late for this year, but maybe good for christmas day, or to keep it in mind for next year.
- ALCOHOL, the christmas party's best friend, but the dieter's worst enemy. try to always carry a glass of water with you, even if you have alcohol in the other hand. this also stops you from being able to snack because you have both hands full!!
- have a light meal before you go out, this will help you to snack on all those mini spring rolls and other salty, fatty but delicious snacks.
- DANCE and have fun, this will burn off some of those calories
