Hi Everyone...thought i might share this crazy tip with you if you did not know it already.
Now i need to admit something..i am a terrible picker. Once i decide i am full i tend to keep picking at my plate, or maybe half an hour after a satisfying meal i find myself wanting to pick at the fridge.
So, at times when i am tempted to keep eating or to pick, and i have established that i am not actually hungry, i have found what helps me is to brush my teeth! Seriously...i have brushed my teeth maybe five times in one day as it stops me from wanting to pick as my mind had trained itself since i was little not to eat after you brush your teeth. the minty taste usually lasts half an hour and by that time the craving is usually gone. Try it!
