- try carrying around a water bottle with you when you are out and about;
keep a bottle or jug of water on your desk;
drink a glass of water every hour or so - make it a habit;
have a glass of water after you go to the loo - replenish what you lost!
every time you are at the sink or in the kitchen have a glass of water;
in a jug of water add sliced lemon or orange or lime or strawberries - it gives it a hint of taste so its not so bland; or
try herbal tea, there are some really yummy ones out there, some you can drink cold - 3 berries is my favourite, very refreshing and you get the benefits of not only the water but the berries too.
