Drink Your Way To Sexiness

Postby melanierayers » Thu Sep 13, 2007 5:46 pm

I lost 10 pounds in a month when I drank this wonder beverage daily: Green Tea.

I recommend for you guys to try it.. Although there are lots of varieties in the market of course, so do choose the more natural ones and those with less caffeine. I do had to sacrifice my coffee drinking for a month but hey, the weight loss was all worth it. :)

Yep there are a lot of green tea fans on this forum... me for one  I drink it almost every day, it's not doing anything for me weight loss wise, but I still love it for its calming effects. Maybe it depends on how much you have to lose?

There are lots of benefits of drinking green tea - relaxation, its an appetite suppresant, speeds up your metabolism and inhibits fat absorbtion. I just dont like the taste

i love green tea with mint - i drink 1-2 cups every day!

i also like the japanese version that has roasted rice. it sounds weird but i love the flavour!

^^^ Yep, great idea Sassi :) The green tea and lemon teabags (twinings, etc) are also nice.

I love real japanese green tea, oh, green tea ice cream is good too, but that defeats the purpose.

Hi there! :D It's cool that there are a lot of green tea fans here.. about its weight loss powers, I think it depends on the type of green tea.. in my experience, it's the natural Japanese green tea leaves that really work.. :)

Trivia: Do you know that this hot hot celeb
actually drinks green tea too to keep tone? She said it on E! :D

Thought I'd try green tea. Not so much for weight loss powers but for antioxidants. I have gone with safe 'lipton' brand but was wondering if someone could recomend a good brand.

Thanks!

Why don't you try The Peet's Jasmine Fancy Green Tea? You can search the web for sites that sell it. It's one of the best I've tried. :)

If you don't like the taste of green tea you can always have a Green Tea Extract supplement capsule!

Is this really true or is it just another diet myth?
