I am mad about icecream. When I can control myself I mix some frozen berries with a yoghurt in the blender for a short time (just to break the berries up) and because most of the sugar is in the berries it is healthier (though the calories may be similar). The other day when I had a chip craving I made some vegemite on toast and that was enough for me (we didn't have any chips otherwise I would have eaten them).
