Breakfast: Half a cup of strawberries. 3 sements of manadrin. 10 almonds.

Lunch: 2 little savory biscuits (10 cal each)

Dinner: Spanish (arrgh) Birthday dinner!

tea in between. That's all.

CW: 61 kg
GW: 52 kg

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
