Figured if I wrote down what I ate, I wouldn't go too far wrong! I'm doing the point plan with WW. I allow myself 18 points as I'm under 64 kgs
Breakfast - Banana smoothie (3)Banana, diet yoghurt, 1/2 cup skim milk, 5 ice cubes.
Gloria Jeans Regular skinny Cappucino (3)
Lunch - 6 " Turkey sub on wholemeal, no cheese, all salad, little ranch sauce from subway ( 5)
Dinner- small chic breast with chilli/garlic, 3/4 Cup of Veges, 1 cup of cooked rice with 20g of sweet chilli sauce. (6)
2 600ml of Diet coke. (0)

Exercise - 1 hr of Body Attack and 1/2 hr of Cycle.
