Breakfast
vegemite on toast

lunch
tomato and cheese sandwich
and a glass of diet soda

Phew, my daughter has just left for Mt Magnet, now I might be able to get some semblance of eating happening again.
Well probably more when I hear she has arrived safely home it's a 7 hour drive if she doesn't get stuck behind any huge road trains or meet up with any roos on the road

Breakfast
2 pieces of multigrain toast with peanut butter and vegemite. A cup of green tea

Snack
the last of my carrot muffins, defrosted

Lunch
toasted sandwich with only a little cheese

Snack
an apple and some strawberries

Dinner
corn and peas, 2 fish things and some scalloped potatoes that didn't seem too cheesy (and I loved every bit of it  ) some tinned fruit salad and a beer. (I had worked pretty hard that day and was quite tired and hungry and felt like I deserved it. Boy the beer was good)

water: approx 3 litres.
