corn and peas, 2 fish things and some scalloped potatoes that didn't seem too cheesy (and I loved every bit of it
) some tinned fruit salad and a beer. (I had worked pretty hard that day and was quite tired and hungry and felt like I deserved it. Boy the beer was good)

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
