Breakfast: oats with honey (instead of sugar)
Lunch: Noodles and a nectarine
Afternoon Tea: No-fat berry yoghurt 150g
Dinner: Baked Beans on toast
Dessert: Banana and an apple.
PLUS: LOTS OF WATER!!
My aim is to increase fruit and veggies while trying to eat as normal as possible (With smaller portions). I have to work on the veggies, they spoil so quickly!
