Ok this is embarassing... have to start somewhere though *sigh*

1am - Bran muffin
3am - Guess?? Another bran muffin!!
8am - Small banana, Chocolate protein shake
9am - 1/2 Bran protein pancake, coffee
11am - Protein shake
2pm - Pumpkin soup, Cabbage salad (it's cabbage, obviously, carrot, sultanas and walnuts, with lite coconut cream as dressing... very delicious!!)
5pm - Celery
7:30pm - Tofu & veg stir fry, Soy icecream
9pm - Bran pancake

big day, almost 8000kJ :(
