Wow it's so humid today don't feel like eating to much :(

BBQ - Chicken Fillet
Lettuce Salad
Rockmelon

1½ metric cups of salad
1 skim milk
1 mango

2 glasses water

Dinner
Healthy Choice dinner
1 skim milk
1 mango

2 glasses water

Breakfast
3 slices of toast with peanut butter and marmalade (the Jaquin brand - no sugar, sweetened with grape juice) and a cup of tea with goat milk.

Snack
scroggin

Lunch
salad roll on wholemeal grain with a tiny slice of cheese

Snack
rooibos tea with goat milk

Dinner
Chicken (no skin), 1/2 a potato, pas and carrot with a little gravy.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
