7:30am - Small banana
8:30am - Egg white "pancake", coffee
9:30am - Protein shake
10:30am - Cabbage salad
1:30pm - Bran pancake
2pm - Protein shake
4pm - Pumpkin soup
7pm - Tofu & veg stir fry, Soy icecream

Ok I buggered up completely... add to the above a bran muffin, another of those bran pancakes, a serve of almonds, the rest of my soy icecream and FOUR protein bars (which were FROZEN to prevent my eating them, I nearly broke my teeth!!!!) and other bits and pieces.

breakfast- 1 cup oats crunch cereal
1 tbs sultanas
low fat milk

lunch-
apple
salad sandwich on homemade bread mmmmm :)
vegeful cuppa soup

dinner-
homemade chicken parma
mashed potato, mixed vegies

2 ltrs water
1 can caf free coke

well done gracie on the healthy eating :) i love homemade bread but i wouldnt be able to trust myself if i owned a breadmaker :(

Morning: 1/2 cup warm water with lemon

Breakfast: punnet of strawberries + half mandarin + 5 almonds

Snack: Protein shake

Lunch: Huge salad + 5 almonds

Dinner: Veges + 5 almonds

Dessert: 2 squares of chocolate

Inbetween: Tea, diet lemonade
Height: 166cm
SW:66kg
CW:56
GW:50kg (by MAY 15th 07) 100 Day challenge deadline
