A prawn cocktail

Birthday party at
Mums place she turns 79 today
2 glasses water


Dinner
Chicken and salad
fruit
glass of milk
2 glasses water

Brunch
2 Boiled Eggs
1 slice wheat & yeast free soughdough bread with tomato

Dinner
Fresh Fish
Steamed Beans, Cauli, Squash & Zuchinne (all fresh from our garden....yummy)

Breakfast
3 slices of toast with peanut butter and vegemite

Lunch
salad roll, no cheese

Snack
scroggin and 4 cherries.

Dinner
spaghetti with leftover sauce that i had frozen from wednesday.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
