Breakfast
a small bowl of muesli with cherries.

Lunch
I missed lunch due to poor time management. :oops: 2 cups (proper teacups - cool) of tea with light milk.

Snack
at around 4 - 1 banana, 1 apricot, a bite of nectarine which wasn't as ripe as I thought and 1 piece of low GI rye bread with vegemite and a thin spread of low fat cottage cheese.

Dinner
home made pizza on turkish bread. Lots of veggies and a light sprinkling of cheese (1/4 of a cup ish grated)

2 squares of 85% cocoa chocolate

water 2 litres

Breakfast - o oh!!! Nothing! i ran out of time, must make more time for me 2morrow morning...

Lunch - i had late lunch at 3 - a cup a soup and 2 low fat salada's

Dinner

Fish with honey and almonds: mmmmmm
