5am - Pumpkin pancake (another of my creations), Banana
9am - Asparagus egg white omelette, Bran muffin
12pm - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread, Almonds
2:30pm - Cabbage salad
6:30pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm - Another pumpkin pancake, half serve of soy icecream and an energy bar

Grand total of 6800kJ, a smidge higher than I would have liked, but I didn't pick (at all!) and didn't eat anything overnight, woo hoo :D

8am - 1 egg
9am - coffee
1.30pm - chicken and salad
7.30pm - marinated drumsticks and salad (or vegies... haven't made my minds up yet :))
