6am - Energy bars x2
8am - Bran protein pancake
9am - Protein shake
10:30am - Rice salad
12pm - Pumpkin soup
2pm - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
6pm - Tuna steak w. steamed veg, Almonds, Protein crunch
8pm - Diet jelly
10pm - Bran muffin

7000kJ for the day

you are so healthy and organised.. well done. how much do you loose on average per week on your diet?
